Brian is continuing the business his grandfather Bill started. He believes appliance repair should be honest, fair, and focused on what is best for the customer. Replacing an appliance can be a major expense, but that doesn't mean every appliance should be repaired at any cost.
When possible, Brian will help narrow down the problem over the phone. When a visit is needed, the goal is to diagnose the issue properly and explain the options without unnecessary repairs.
